Foundation is stewardship of the self in alignment with the Creator — a garden stance, not an ego brand and not a product funnel.
The work begins with a simple claim: life is meant to proliferate under wise limits, and the self is tended toward Him — not enthroned in His place.
Stewardship of body and mind is part of that claim — ordinary, durable, non-theatrical. Physical and neurological health are gardens you keep so you can pursue life, not trophies for a brand.
We write for people who already know that sleep, light, movement, and place matter, and who refuse medical cosplay, empty optimization culture, and self-worship dressed as wellness.
Geometry here is a way of seeing. It is not a row of new companions.

“Love the Lord your God with all your heart” is the axis of the commandment ring — ten even around, one center, eleven in all. The ring holds because the center is Him.
High frequency, in this house, is not a mood product. It is alignment to the Creator — the vertical relation that keeps survival from becoming sealed ownership.
Where HOG physics appears in the wider One Mission network, it is an intellectual discipline — a way of thinking carefully about systems, judgment, and coherence. It is the floor of the fivefold frame, not a replacement for faith.
It is not a proof of any diet, training plan, or supplement. Foundation will never use physics language to smuggle medical authority. That boundary is permanent; see Refused.
