Practices
Orientation, not prescription. Nothing here diagnoses, treats, or sells a cure. If a sentence feels like medical advice, defer to clinicians and to Refused.
Physics and biology are the floor. Faith is the center. Family, finance, and philosophy are tended without turning them into wellness fashion.
The body is a garden you keep so you can stand before the Creator and do the Mission. It is not a costume and not a clinic brochure.
Protect the transitions: wake, first light, last light, sleep. Prefer consistent clocks over perfect ones. Light is a creaturely signal, not a gadget aisle.
Move as a creature with a body — load, walk, breathe, recover. Prefer practices you can keep for decades. Skillful fitness is stewardship, not a performance identity.
Sleep is the primary recovery instrument — for muscle and for mind. Quiet rooms, honest dark, and fewer midnight inputs beat elaborate recovery products.
Caffeine, alcohol, and other inputs have real costs and real uses. Count them as design choices, not identity. We do not sell stacks or cures.
Eat, speak, and keep books in a way that can sustain work, family, and long attention. Honesty is a value lived in the flesh — including how one eats. We will not baptize any single diet with physics language or medical theater.
“Love the Lord your God with all your heart” is not a thirteenth gadget. It is the axis these practices orbit. Without that center, the list becomes ego or fashion.
Practices live inside place. Continue to Place.
